To edit the author of a blog post, select “Publish” and then “Blog” from the left side of your dashboard. This will display your list of blogs. Hover over the blog post that you would like to change the author of, and select “Edit.”

From within the blog edit feature, click on the "Post" menu settings on the right side and you will see an “Author” dropdown section, where you can select an author for your blog. This dropdown will be populated with the Admin, Staff and Student Staff Users from your site. If there is a person that you would like to be the author, but they are not showing in the dropdown, confirm that they are listed in the Users section as either Admin, Staff or Student Staff.

If you are updating an existing blog post’s author, be sure to select “Update” to save your changes.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have the author's permission to display their name with the article. If you are publishing content from another source, please read this article on how to feature an article not from our external library and to avoid plagiarizing the original article and author's work.
