In addition to the delivery frequency settings, you can also customize the buttons at the top of your automated alerts, the quantity of content included and the order of content in the Content tab of Automated Emails (Alerts).

Start by highlighting important resources with Hot Links that appear uniformly as buttons at the top of each email that goes, regardless of a user's subscriber preferences.

For each content type, you can set a maximum quantity of content to be included for that content type. Please note that this will be the maximum and not the guaranteed amount. Since your alerts are only pulling content that matches both the time window of the alert and the subscriber's preferences, it is possible that a subscriber would not receive the quantity of content that you select, if there is not enough content to match the above settings. This ensures your subscribers are only ever receiving the content they want and need!
