Track the performance of email campaigns

See how your campaigns are performing with real-time analytics.

Whether an automated email campaign or a custom email, refer to your admin dashboard to see how emails are performing.

Track email performance:

Under the Engage tab in the left-hand side menu, click on Emails > Sent Emails to see a list of all emails that have gone out to users. In the summary page, you will see a list, beginning with the most recently sent emails.

You will notice they are distinguished by type of email. For each email sent, important statistics like number of clicks and click rate (%) as well as number of opens and open rate (%) will appear in line.

To view detailed analytics, click on an email title.

Note: If you ever want to replicate a custom email, you can do so by hovering over the target email in list view and clicking Copy.
