They created an AI usage statement that normalizes AI use while reinforcing the irreplaceable value of personalized career coaching
They built a prompt library organized by phases of their career management model — now their #1 most-visited community page
Then, they sed uConnect's Block Editor exclusively (no coding required for most of it!) including accordions, patterns, and a staff testimonial slideshow
Their team took a start simple approach: curate what already exists, then layer in original content over time
