When you create a form, you have the option to setup notifications so that someone on your team is alerted when a response is submitted.
Set up notifications:
Under the Engage tab in the left-hand side menu of your dashboard, navigate to Forms.
Hover over Settings under the title of the form and select Notifications.
Hover on 'Admin Notification' and select 'Edit'.
4. Fill out the fields for the contact information for the recipient you wish to have receive the notification, along with an optional message and additional information, and the email address(es) for notification.
Note: You can also enable conditional logic for notifications. If a response contains a certain answer, you can direct the alert to a specific person on your team.
