There are 3 different layouts for resource tiles which we can set for you within your platform's settings that affects the order of resources:
Fixed Tiles: In this layout all resource tiles on all rows will have a fixed height and will exactly follow the set menu order.
Flex Tiles: In this layout resource tiles each will have a different height based on their image size, title and description length. Tiles are slightly moved on the page and reordered so the space that all resource tiles are taking is optimized. For accessibility reasons, if resources are ordered they will be ordered top down, left to right.
Flex Tiles - Order Preserved: With this layout resource tiles of each row will have the same height equal to the largest tile, and they will show up in the exact set order, but you can potentially have a resource with no image taking up a lot of space. This version will maintain a left to right, top down resource ordering.
Depending on how you are using the resources, your featured images, and the order, you may chose to use one of the layouts above.
Note: This affects both the Resource Tiles widget and the listing pages.
