It is important to know what type of page you are on in your uConnect platform so you know where you can edit the page in your admin dashboard.
The tried-and-true way of identifying the page type of any page is looking at the page URL. Within the URL, you will see the type of page within the URL itself. Let's review some examples:
Community Pages
Community pages always have the word "Channels" in the URL, so an example would be "nameofyourplatform.edu/channels/nameofcommunitypage. The word "Channels" is followed by the name of the Community page. You edit these pages under Manage>Communities
Content category pages always have the name of the content AND the word "Category" in the URL, and you edit these pages under Manage>Content Categories.
Pages
Pages, or custom pages, do not have a unique identify except that the name of the page follows right after a backslash and the ".edu" or ".com" of your platform, such as /staff or /labormarketinsights
Content Pages
Lastly, content pages are easily identifiable as they will have the name of the content type in the URL, so for any content modules you have activated under your Publish section, you will have content pages for those. Here are some examples:
/people
/jobs
/events
/classes
/outcomes
