At some point, you may need to update the logo on your uConnect platform due to an office or institutional rebranding or maybe you just want a refresh! You must reach out to our team to update your logo by submitting a support request, but it's important to learn about your logo options.
Where are the logos on my uConnect platform?
You have to locations for logos on your platform:
Top, left corner of your platform, serving as your primary logo
2. Bottom, left corner of your platform in the footer area
What file format should my logo image be?
When submitting your new logo to our team, please note that our preferred format is SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). If you do not have this type of logo image available, the image must be in PNG format with transparent background, and at least 1500px width.
Why is SVG the preferred format?
SVG is a vector format that means the image is easily scalable without losing quality. Vector Images are those made up of points, lines, and curves. You can easily export the logo to SVG format, in case you design the logo in a vector graphic design application like Adobe Illustrator, and it will be scalable because it's a vector. However, if you use a raster design software like Adobe Photoshop, the image is made from pixels and is not scalable. In this case, you should export it in PNG format with transparent background. The logo should have at least 1500px width.
How do I submit a logo change request?
Please submit a support request through our form and we will update the logo for you. We typically can update your logo within 24-48 hours but if we run into delays or issue, we'll let you know either way.
