Here at uConnect, we offer a robust customer education ecosystem to ensure our clients get the support they need related to your virtual career center platform. As a current client, if you have a question or need specific support, please read below on how you can get the help you need:
1. Always start with our extensive Knowledge Base of how-to, instructional articles
For any of your uConnect questions, this is your first destination for answers! Our comprehensive collection of help articles are here to answer all your critical questions so you are empowered to find the answers yourself.
If you still need direct support or you need to submit a question to our Support Team, you can find links embedded into our articles that allow you to submit a support request that our team can follow up with you on.
2. Leverage our growing uConnect user community
Tap into the advice and guidance of Career Everywhere user community space that is home to hundreds of members - both uConnect clients and career services industry professionals - ready-and-willing to share their best practices and learnings with you. Specifically, there is a dedicated uConnect User Community channel just for current clients where you can ask any uConnect-specific question and get support from fellow clients and our team. Just post in the "General Discussion" to get started!
Haven't joined yet? You can easily join the community as a current client by creating an account here.
Pro-Tip: When seeking advice, use the search bar at the top of the Career Everywhere Community first to see if your question has already been answered by community members!
3. Complete the uConnect Training Academy
You're not a uConnect super user until you've completed our self-paced uConnect Training Academy! Whether you are brand-new to using your virtual career center platform or you need a training refresher, we recommend that every uConnect admin user completes our uConnect Training Academy, specifically the 6 core courses and Block Editor training course. All training courses take less than 1 hour to complete - some as little as 10 minutes - so you can complete the courses at your own pace and also go back and reference the training at any time.
4. Attend Our Workshops & Live Support Hours
On a weekly and monthly basis, we offer a variety of training workshops on trending uConnect topics that allow you to learn more in-depth about core features and best practices related to your virtual career center to take your usage to the next level.
We host weekly "office hours" where you can get your pressing questions answered and get live support from our team.
All of these offerings are hosted in our Career Everywhere Community's User Channel, under Events.
