Keeping your content fresh and ensuring new resources are being continuously published is an important factor in driving engagement to your uConnect platform. To make monitoring changes to your resource library easy, you have the option to export a list of all published and saved drafts of resources.

To complete this export, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Publish>Resources

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select the “Export Resources” option

Once your resources have been exported as a .csv file, you can view the titles of all resources, their author, status (whether it was published or saved as a draft), date of publication, and any categories and communities the resource was tagged to. Having a condensed view of this information allows admin to analyze the number of recent resources that have been added, and determine whether they’d like to assign other users with the task of publishing more resources. Periodically exporting resources helps to create a plan for keeping the platform’s content new and exciting for your community!
