If you forgot the login password for your profile on uConnect and need to access the backend of your uConnect dashboard, follow the steps below to regain access!
Reset your password:
Navigate to the login screen, input your email/username, then when prompted to input your password, select Forgot Password under the username and password fields
Enter your username or email, which will send a 'reset password' link to your email
Login to your email account and follow the link
Create a new password as instructed
Important: Please remember to check your email spam folder as well as sometimes these emails end up in those folders.
