How to integrate with Graduway
Integrating with Graduway is simple! We've broken down our instructions below into easy-to-follow steps, to ensure that we can set this up for you quickly and easily.
First, we'll need your Platform ID (a five digit number) and Platform Name (the same as your Graduway domain). You can get these values from your Graduway Professional Service Manager.
Next, we need an API Integration Key, which can be found in the Graduway settings:
Log into your Graduway site and go to the "Admin View" using the button in the upper right corner of the page.
Under General Settings, you can scroll down to the "Integrations" section to make sure that "API Integrations" is enabled and copy the key.
As an option, you can send mentor Profile Attributes you would like to map to the uConnect taxonomy. In order to do that, you should click the "Profile Attributes" link under the "User Management" options. Make a list of the questions for each section along with the categories in uConnect that you would like to map them to.
Note that we can only map Graduway fields that are "Single select" or "Multi select".
Once you've submitted this information, we can set up your integration! The next step will be to map the incoming tags and category from Graduway to your uConnect communities.
