View the analytics that are available to you through your uConnect platform

Within your uConnect platform, you have the ability to view real-time data, at any time, powered by Google Analytics. This insight into your data gives you the ability to understand not only your overall engagement, but to also curate your platform and marketing strategy in alignment with your audience's interests.

Analytics in your uConnect platform are available under two primary areas. The first is under 'Analyze' found, when logged in, under the left-hand side of your admin dashboard. The second area can be found under 'Engage > Emails > Sent Emails.'

Below, we review the different data points that are available within your uConnect dashboard:

Engagement Insights:

All able to be filtered by any given date range

  • Pageviews (overall, by content type, by individual piece of content)

  • Total Users

  • Active Users

  • Sessions

  • Engaged Sessions

  • Engagement Rate

  • Sources

Activity Insights:

All able to be filtered by any given date range

  • # of content submitted by guests, by content type

  • # of content published by career center team members, by content type

  • Total # of content published, by content type

  • # of guests who have submitted content

  • # of career center team members who have published content

Subscriber Analytics:

  • Opt-in subscribers, by Community

  • Total subscribers, by Community

Emails:

All on a per sent email basis

  • Open rate

  • Unique opens

  • Click rate

  • Unique click rate

  • Top links clicked
