How is student outcomes data managed?

Student outcomes data is uploaded as a data file, and deleting a year's data to upload a corrected file replaces only the outcome data itself. Chart customization settings such as titles, descriptions, filter names, and chart order remain intact because they are stored separately under Chart Titles & Descriptions in Student Outcomes.

What happens if a corrected data file is re-uploaded?

When a corrected data file is uploaded, the system updates the outcome data without changing the existing chart customization settings.

Which settings stay the same?

• Chart titles
• Chart descriptions
• Filter names
• Chart order

Can employment location be uploaded by region instead of state?

Yes. Employment location can be entered as a text field, so region-based data can be used. A warning may appear, but it can be bypassed.

How many outcomes data sets can be uploaded?

The platform currently allows only one set of outcomes data at a time:

• Graduate data, or
• Undergraduate data

Can school names be prevented from wrapping on the All Divisions/Schools page?

There is no setting to prevent wrapping. The available alternative is to abbreviate the school names.
