This article explains how to implement consistent disclaimer text for main landing pages (blogs, events, videos, jobs/internships) and for embedded widgets on community pages, and outlines size guidance and who can make each change.

Adding disclaimer text on main landing pages (blogs, events, videos, jobs/internships)

• You can add custom disclaimer text to the top of the main landing pages for:
  • /blogs
  • /events
  • /videos
  • /jobs (jobs/internships)
• There is no character limit for disclaimer text added to these main landing pages.
• To add or edit the text on a main landing page, use the page edit links in your site admin (reach out to your uConnect site administrator if you need the specific edit URLs).
  
  You can add consistent disclaimer text to both main landing pages (editable directly) and to widgets on Community pages (uConnect team implements widget header/description changes). There are no hard character limits for these locations, but widget disclaimers should be kept to a few sentences to avoid excessive scrolling.
