Use students to market to students

Last, but definitely not least (and, particularly for those career centers that are spread thin as it is) - who better to engage students than students? Utilize your number one resource as a university and curate a team of student contributors. These students can create blog posts, add events and resources, post jobs, and reach out to students on a peer-to-peer level, making engagement more familiar, friendly, and relevant. 

Engage student contributors: 

Student contributors can be scheduled in the Editorial Calendar to keep them accountable for their work, and to create strategic campaigns that are easy to track and update. 

Student Contributors naturally become ambassadors for your platform, help to diversify the career center voice, and  relieve your career center team from the burden of maintaining all the content on your site.
