The toolkit is organized into two main sections: General Marketing Assets and Audience-Specific Marketing Guides.
General Marketing Assets covers the foundational promotional building blocks available to every uConnect customer, including guidance on logos and print-ready materials, how to create and use QR codes to promote your VCC offline on campus, a pre-written blog post announcement template (with a featured image example) to introduce your platform to your community, tips for leveraging your homepage banner and platform-wide alert banner for high-visibility promotion, and pre-written social media posts for launch day and ongoing engagement.
Audience-Specific Marketing Guides provide tailored strategies and ready-to-use email templates for each of your key stakeholder groups. For students, you'll find a customizable launch email template, tips for working with student ambassadors and peer advisors, and ideas for incorporating your VCC into counseling sessions, classroom curriculum, and career fairs.
