[Market Your Platform](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/market-your-platform) # uConnect Virtual Career Center Marketing Toolkit ## The Virtual Career Center (VCC) Marketing Toolkit is your go-to resource for promoting your uConnect platform to all of your key audiences — students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers. Whether you're preparing for your initial launch or looking for fresh ways to keep your community engaged post-launch, this toolkit has you covered. ### **What's Inside** The toolkit is organized into two main sections: General Marketing Assets and Audience-Specific Marketing Guides. **General Marketing Assets** covers the foundational promotional building blocks available to every uConnect customer, including guidance on logos and print-ready materials, how to create and use QR codes to promote your VCC offline on campus, a pre-written blog post announcement template (with a featured image example) to introduce your platform to your community, tips for leveraging your homepage banner and platform-wide alert banner for high-visibility promotion, and pre-written social media posts for launch day and ongoing engagement. **Audience-Specific Marketing Guides** provide tailored strategies and ready-to-use email templates for each of your key stakeholder groups. For students, you'll find a customizable launch email template, tips for working with student ambassadors and peer advisors, and ideas for incorporating your VCC into counseling sessions, classroom curriculum, and career fairs. For faculty and staff, the toolkit offers an email template along with strategies for building campus-wide buy-in across departments and within the classroom. For alumni, there's a dedicated email template to help you extend your platform's reach to recent graduates and your broader alumni network. For employers, you'll find an email template to invite employer partners to connect with students and engage with your platform. ### **How to Use This Toolkit** This toolkit is designed to grow with you. We recommend bookmarking it and revisiting it throughout the academic year — not just at launch. Each section includes real examples from uConnect customers so you can see these strategies in action. **📎 Access the full toolkit here: [Virtual Career Center Marketing Toolkit](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QYso-lK9idk1TR4PptaUdhihKWTBiYplJQ0x63_adBo/edit)** - [Get Started](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/get-started) - [Manage Your Communities & Content Categories](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/manage-your-communities-content-categories) - [Publish Content](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/publish-content) - [Manage Subscribers & Users](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/manage-subscribers-users) - [Platform Design](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/platform-design) - [Accessibility Hub](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/accessibility-hub) - [Market Your Platform](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/market-your-platform#main-content) - [Activation and Promotion Guides](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/market-your-platform#activation-and-promotion-guides) - [Candid Career+](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/candid-career) - [Analytics & Data](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/analytics-data) - [Modules & Integrations](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/modules-integrations) - [Technical Configurations](https://support.gouconnect.com/en/articles/technical-configurations)    [![uConnect Logo](https://s41911.pcdn.co/wp-content/uploads/logo-white.svg)](https://www.gouconnect.com/) - [Customers](https://www.gouconnect.com/customers/) - [Case Studies](https://www.gouconnect.com/customers/case-studies/) - [Client Directory](https://www.gouconnect.com/customers/client-directory/) - [Testimonials](https://www.gouconnect.com/customers/testimonials/) - [Product](https://www.gouconnect.com/product/) - [Use Cases](https://www.gouconnect.com/product/use-cases/) - [Integrations](https://www.gouconnect.com/product/integrations/) - [Become a Partner](https://www.gouconnect.com/company/partner/) - [Company](https://www.gouconnect.com/company/) - [Careers](https://www.gouconnect.com/company/careers/) - [News](https://www.gouconnect.com/company/news/) - [Status Page](https://status.gouconnect.com/) - [Career Everywhere](https://www.gouconnect.com/career-everywhere/) - [The Movement](https://www.gouconnect.com/career-everywhere/movement/) - [Community](https://www.gouconnect.com/career-everywhere/community/access/) - [Podcast](https://www.gouconnect.com/career-everywhere/podcast/) © 2026 uConnect Inc.
