Step 1: Set Up Your Sponsor Categories

Sponsor categories define your sponsorship tiers (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze).
To create them:

  1. In your admin dashboard, go to Manage → Content Categories → Sponsor Categories.

  2. Create as many levels as you need — for example, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Premier, Partner, Supporter.

  3. These tags will later allow you to organize your sponsors into the correct tier on your public page.

💡 Tip: Keep the naming consistent so your tiers display cleanly on your page.

Step 2: Add Your Employer Sponsors

Once your categories are ready, it’s time to add the sponsors themselves.

  1. Navigate to Publish → Employers & Jobs → Sponsors.

  2. Click Add New Employer.

  3. Start typing the company name — if it appears in your existing employer database, select it to auto-import the logo and company details.

    • If it doesn’t appear, no worries — you can add it as a new employer.

  4. Decide what information you’d like to display:

    • A simple listing with logo and link

    • Or a fully customized profile page with images, videos, and call-to-action buttons.

Example: Babson College links each sponsor’s logo to a full landing page with descriptions, videos, and career opportunities — but you can choose the level of detail that fits your needs.

Step 3: Customize Each Employer’s Details

When adding or editing a sponsor:

  • Website URL: Include the company’s site if you’d like visitors to click through.

  • Sponsor Status: Be sure to check “Yes” under Sponsor so it appears on your public sponsor page.

  • Tags: Add any relevant tags — such as industries, career communities, or sponsorship tier (Gold, Silver, Bronze).

  • Expiration Date: Set it to Never expire if you want the sponsor to display continuously.

If you want to create a detailed Expanded Profile Page for a sponsor:

  1. Click on the Expanded Profile tab.

  2. Add descriptions, images, videos, social links, and call-to-action buttons.

  3. Once complete, set the profile Live so it becomes visible on your site.

Step 4: Create Your Sponsors Page

Now that your sponsors and tiers are set up, you can bring them to life on your site!

  1. Go to Publish → Pages → Add New Page.

  2. Use the block editor to design your page with text, images, and buttons (for example, “Become a Sponsor”).

  3. Important: In the page settings on the right, set the page URL to exactly:

    /sponsors

This ensures your page automatically displays sponsors in their correct tiered layout.

  4. Publish your page once ready.

⚠️ If the URL is even slightly different (like “/corporate-sponsors”), the automatic tier display won’t work.

Step 5: Review and Celebrate!

Once published, your sponsor page will automatically populate with all employers you’ve tagged as sponsors, organized by their tier (Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.).

Your final page will:

  • Showcase sponsors beautifully, with tiered sections

  • Feature clickable logos and optional profile pages

  • Highlight opportunities for organizations to become sponsors

Just like Babson College, you’ll have a professional, dynamic space to honor your partners and promote engagement opportunities!
