First, to create your own featured resource, navigate to Publish > Pages from the admin dashboard or to any other area that leverages the Block Editor, including the Resources content type.

Within that Page or Resource, select the plus sign icon from the top left corner. Selecting this will expand the block editor area, which will allow you to find the Resource Template.

Toggle to the 'Patterns' column.

Now, you can select from within the dropdown list: 'Page Templates.' The third option there you will see says 'Resource Provider' and is the Featured Resource template.
