It’s designed to help you work smarter, not harder, and take your platform to the next level. ### Workshop highlights: - **Front page and Community page essentials:** Make the most of your **announcement banner**, **header buttons**, **welcome message**, **hero menu**, and **AI Search settings**. Includes standout examples from Colorado State College of Business and the University of Washington. - **Content cadence and calendars:** Get recommended update frequencies by content type, and learn why consistent resource formatting matters (shout-out to Merrimack!). The workshop also covers blocking off longer stretches of platform time, scheduling content in bulk, and aligning your publishing with your automated email settings. - **Subscriber management best practices:** Learn when to use **add**, **update**, or **replace** for list uploads. The workshop also covers bulk email frequency changes, removing tags and bounce flags, and deleting subscribers. *Use "replace" with caution, since it can't be undone.* - **Block Editor and design pro tips:** Discover toolbars and hidden settings worth turning on (like **drop shadows**), and learn how to create your own reusable **patterns**. The workshop also covers breaking up walls of text (inspired by Western Governors), deciding which PDFs to convert, **tabbed and column menu layouts**, and custom hero menu colors. - **Using your engagement data:** Find out why an **engagement rate of 50% or higher** is the goal and what healthy source traffic looks like. You'll also learn how to use your top content and AI Search insights to guide platform updates.
