If you need to update the logo on your uConnect platform — whether due to an institutional rebranding or a general refresh — you can do so by submitting a support request to our team. Before you submit, review the logo options and file format requirements below. ## Where are the logos on my uConnect platform? You have two locations for logos on your platform: 1. When submitting your new logo to our team, please note that **our preferred format is SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics).** If you do not have this type of logo image available, the image must be in **PNG format with transparent background, and at least 1500px width.** ## Why is SVG the preferred format? SVG is a vector format, meaning the image scales to any size without losing quality. Vector images are made up of points, lines, and curves. If you designed your logo in a vector application such as Adobe Illustrator, export it as SVG. If you used raster-based software such as Adobe Photoshop, the image is pixel-based and cannot scale the same way — in that case, export it as a PNG with a transparent background and a minimum width of 1500px. ## How do I submit a logo change request?
