How to get uConnect Support
Learn about all the ways you can get your uConnect questions answered by using our various resources. If you're not sure where to begin with a question, use this article to learn about what resources to use first and your paths to getting the support you need.
Here at uConnect, we offer a robust customer education ecosystem to ensure our clients get the support they need related to your virtual career center platform. As a current client, if you have a question or need specific support, please read below on how you can get the help you need:
1. Always start here with our extensive Knowledge Base of how-to, instructional articles-
For any of your uConnect questions, this is your first destination for answers! Our comprehensive collection of help articles are here to answer all your critical questions so you are empowered to find the answers yourself.

If you still need direct support or you need to submit a question to our Support Team, you can find links embedded into our articles that allow you to submit a support request that our team can follow up with you on.
2. Chat with uConnect Assist, our AI-powered support tool available in the uConnect Knowledge Base.
- Our uConnect Assist works to help pull answers from our extensive Knowledge Base, acting as a helpful guide for your product-related questions!

Simply visit the Knowledge Center and click the chat widget in the bottom right corner of the page to ask questions, find relevant resources, or get guidance on common tasks.

If you need additional assistance, uConnect Assist will be sure to connect you with our support team for further support.

Tap into the advice and guidance of Career Everywhere user community space that is home to hundreds of members - both uConnect customers and career services industry professionals - ready-and-willing to share their best practices and learnings with you. Specifically, there is a dedicated uConnect User Community channel just for current clients where you can ask any uConnect-specific question and get support from fellow clients and our team. Just click on the "Ask the uConnect Community" and post your question there!

Pro-Tip: When seeking advice, use the search bar at the top of the Career Everywhere Community first to see if your question has already been answered by community members!

You're not a uConnect super user until you've completed our self-paced uConnect Training Academy! Whether you are brand-new to using your virtual career center platform or you need a training refresher, we recommend that every uConnect admin user completes our uConnect Training Academy. All training courses take less than 1 hour to complete - some as little as 10 minutes - so you can complete the courses at your own pace and also go back and reference the training at any time.
5. Attend Our Workshops & Live Office Hours

On a weekly and monthly basis, we offer a variety of training workshops on trending uConnect topics that allow you to learn more in-depth about core features and best practices related to your virtual career center to take your usage to the next level.

We host "office hours" where you can get your pressing questions answered and get live training from our team.

All of these offerings are hosted in our Career Everywhere Community's uConnect User Channel, under Events.
6. Submit a Support Ticket and Track your Ticket Status

Once you've explored all the above resources and you've determined that you need to reach out to our team, then please submit a support ticket using our ticket form. You'll need to select which topic you are requesting support for but if you're not sure, select "Other /Not Listed."

Then if you'd like to track the status of your ticket, log into the Support Portal, linked in the top right corner of our Knowledge Base. To learn more about how to use the Support portal, read this article that explains more.
Support Team Hours: Please note that our Support hours are from 9am - 5pm ET Monday through Friday, and a Support Team member will be in touch within 24 business hours of receiving your ticket, as soon as possible.
