How to integrate with Firsthand

To integrate with Firsthand, you need to provide a few pieces of information to set up the connection:

• Your Firsthand Domain (e.g., yourschool.firsthand.co)

• Your Firsthand API Key (contact your Firsthand representative to request one)

• A Default Category (optional)

The selected Default Category will be applied to all imported advisors. You can choose from any values available in the People Categories admin screen.

How to submit your integration details

If you are a new partner institution currently going through our onboarding process, submit the required information through your customized Integration Implementation Form, which is linked in your Onboarding Overview.

If you are an existing client who has switched to Firsthand, or if you have any questions, please submit a support request.
